We strive to provide a high standard of service. If for any reason your expectations have not been met please advise us at reception or contact us via this website. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
For your safety and peace of mind we carry out constant sensitivity patch testing for all our colour services. If you feel it has been a while since your last patch test please call the salon to arrange one. The procedure is free and takes just a few minutes. (Appointments not necessary) Please note that if a patch test has not been conducted before an appointment, then we are unable to provide you that service until you have had a patch test.
Hair Services Tiered Pricing
Our hairstylists offer a broad range of services. Some have more experience then others which is reflected in our pricing structure giving you greater choice for your hairdressing needs.
From time to time we will need to increase our prices, on line bookings made far in advance will be priced differently if the appointment was made prior to these changes coming into affect.
Cancellation Policy and Deposits
Should you need to cancel an appointment we respectfully request at least 24hours notice. Last minute cancelations, missed and no-show appointments will be charged 50% of appointment cost. Services of 60 minutes or more may require a 25% deposit. Colour Correction services will require a 50% deposit due to the time taken to carry out this service.
A consultation will be given to all new clients visiting Crown Affair. This may add 15 minutes to your first appointment. This helps us tailor the service to best suit your needs.
If you find you are not happy with any professional hair or skin product you have bought, please bring it straight back and we will swap it for another. Electrical items will ONLY be refunded if faulty.
